Website payments are processed by PayPal. You can pay using your PayPal account if you already have one or with any debit/credit card if you don't. When you have placed an order and the payment has been authorised we will confirm receipt and also give you an estimate of when your order will be despatched. If you prefer to order by phone please call Viewpoints Gallery on 017687 74449. Sorry but we can no longer accept payments by cheque.
All prices quoted are in UK Pounds Sterling and include worldwide postage and VAT. Items are despatched depending on size by either Royal Mail 2nd class or Parcel Force 48 hour services. Most orders are despatched within 48 hours but please allow up to 10 days for delivery or 21 days in the case of canvas's. Please note we can only post canvas photographs within the UK. For overseas orders please also be aware that I cannot be held responsible for any additional surcharges levied by your country's customs or postal systems.
Its an obvious one but please ensure your delivery address is correct as I cannot be held responsible if you provide incorrect information.
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason please return it in its original condition within 21 days ideally with a tracked service and I will be happy to give you a full refund. I’m sorry but I cannot refund the return postage unless it is due to a fault with the item. If you are returning anything please drop me a line just to say its on its way.
Photographs
All photographs include a white border and are hand titled and signed. We print to order using quality heavy weight semi gloss photographic paper. We try to despatch smaller photographs ready mounted, larger ones are posted without mount rolled in a stout postal tube ready to be handed over to your local framer. Greetings Cards
Greeting cards are semi gloss photographic quality, blank for your message, cellophane wrapped, complete with quality envelope.
Canvas Prints
Our canvas's are printed on heavy weight high quality photographic canvas and image wrapped so there are no unsightly white edges to the canvas. The prices include an additional £15.00 or £25.00 depending on size for courier delivery - sorry UK only. No postage of course if you can pick your canvas up from the gallery in Keswick We aim to print and post within about a week but please allow up to 21 days for delivery.
Gift Vouchers
